The MFHA-IPA Corporation, Inc. is a New York State regular business corporation organized under Section 402 and wholly owned by the MFHA's WMSO, LLC.
Its goal is to:
Serve as the Independent Physicians Association for Hudson Valley providers. Under NYS Law, the sole function of an IPA is to enter into and manage provider agreements with Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs). In that capacity the MFHA-IPA serves as the single-signature authority for all HMO contracts on behalf of its members.
It is managed by a Board of Directors. Its officers are : Dr. Brij Singh Ahluwalia and Dr. Augustine Moscatello.

The WMSO serves as the management company for the business of the MFHA and its IPA. The WMSO web site provides all MFHA-IPA doctors and their staff access to extensive information regarding their participation agreements with managed care companies as well as general information about corporate compliance, managed care enrollment and personalized contract management services.
